Can I change anything? How much do I have to invest to make a change? People are fine and they do not see a reason for a change. New instruments are a new way for easy participation -> Reduction of the costs to participate. Transaction costs high, results low. Click on web-site -> low transaction costs. Importance of the issue for the person Do we need leaders?

Emotion - contacts with other people Disappointment or encouragement?

Appreciation of participation. Cultural, societal aspects

Question of language. Do people understand?
